BOB stands for Body Opponent Bag and is one of the world’s most popular training dummies for martial arts and self-defense. With its realistic human shape, BOB allows you to practice targeted strikes, kicks, and grappling techniques against a lifelike opponent.
The dummy is made of durable plastic with an impact-resistant outer layer and a height-adjustable base that can be filled with water or sand. The height can easily be set between 150 and 208 cm, allowing you to adapt your training to different opponent sizes.
