BOB XL is an advanced version of the classic BOB dummy, featuring an extended torso for even more realistic training. It offers not just head and chest, but also abdomen and hips – perfect for techniques requiring a larger striking surface, such as body punches, throws, and self-defense targeting the lower body.

Like the original, BOB XL is made from impact-resistant plastic and mounted on a heavy-duty base that can be filled with water or sand. Height is adjustable between approximately 150 and 208 cm, making it suitable for practitioners of all sizes.

  •     Adjustable height in eight levels: 150, 160, 166, 175, 182, 190, 198, or 208 cm
  •     Upper body dimensions: 105 × 51 × 26 cm
  •     Base dimensions: Ø 61 cm, height 50 cm
